and Gautam Bandyopadhyay (a FinTech industry veteran and former Head of Finacle

Innovation Hub at Infosys). Vinod Khosla, the legendary silicon-valley venture capitalist, is

our chief mentor and primary financier.

Banking Saas Platform to power new age & progressive Banks/NBFCs/MFIs/Fintechs based

on cutting edge, cloud native, mobile first, AI powered systems. Our robust product portfolio

is forward-looking and high up the FinTech value chain. We work with cutting edge

technologies and with some of the best institutions in the banking and financial services

this. DESCRIPTION

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated software delivery, including building,

testing, and deploying applications.

• Infrastructure Automation: Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure resources.

• Configuration Management: Manage configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible to ensure consistent and reliable configuration of servers, applications, and services.

• Cloud Computing: Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure, services, and applications.

• Release Management: Collaborate with development and operations teams to plan and coordinate software releases, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal downtime.

• Monitoring and Logging: Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to monitor system performance, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis.

Key Qualifications & Skill Sets

• Source Code Management: Proficiency in using Git or other version control systems

for source code management and collaboration.

• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Experience with CI/CD

tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI/CD to automate build, test, and deployment

processes.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or

CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.

• Configuration Management: Familiarity with configuration management tools like

Puppet, Chef, or Ansible to manage and maintain consistent system configurations.

• Cloud Platforms: Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google

Cloud, including knowledge of cloud services, networking, and security.

• Containerization: Proficiency in container technologies like Docker and container

orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for scalable and portable deployments.

• Monitoring and Logging: Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as

Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for system

monitoring, metrics collection, and log analysis.

• Scripting and Automation: Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or

PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and build tooling.

• Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices, including secure

coding principles, vulnerability scanning, and compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS

or GDPR.

• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate

effectively with cross-functional teams and facilitate smooth cooperation between

development, operations, and other stakeholders.

• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and

resolve technical issues quickly, perform root cause analysis, and implement

preventive measures.

• Agile and DevOps Methodologies: Understanding of Agile development

methodologies and DevOps principles to drive collaboration, iterative development,

and continuous improvement.
