PBCS: Techno/Functional consultant

Min 7 years’ experience in Designer/Developer role in Hyperion Planning or Oracle PBCS projects/environments;

Business Analysis experience: Strong experience in requirements gathering and management, translation to the technical design and specifications, test case development and management, troubleshooting) mandatory;

Hands-on SmartView use experience for analysis, data and metadata management, as well as knowledge of EPM Automate scripting mandatory;

Knowledge of SQL, familiarity with ODI and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Unix scripting) highly advantageous;

Expectation is that the consultant would be able to capture requirements, analyse them, turn into the design (and document it) and develop required PBCS objects (BRs, extract jobs, EPM Automate scripts, etc.);

The Principal consultants should in addition be able to lead and coordinate bigger Change Requests and parts of the projects.

Good oral and written command of English is mandatory. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is an asset.
