About the Job Looking for 4-6 years of Overall IT experience including the experience of leading projects in Web Testing, Automation (Selenium/ Tosca), API.

Educational Background Should be a B.Tech/MCA or any equivalent degree.

Skills Required – Test Planning

Ability to interact with different stakeholders to understand the project scope.

Ability to develop test plan/ scenarios for medium to complex functions.

May be responsible for conducting a test plan review and acquiring test plan signoff.

Test Case Design

Designs and creates test case documentation including test situations, data setup, execution steps and expected results.

Test Analysis, Defect Management and Reporting.

Interacts with business analysts/developers and other project team members while developing expected results and verifying results.

Automation & Systems Thinking

Knows what automation tests are available and how to communicate with the automation team.

Self-starter – Taking initiative self-leaner and finding opportunities.

Trust - Ability to work in an open culture with a positive approach.

Flexibility – Ability to accept change, agility.

Service delivery excel- Ability to deliver on assignments with agreed measures of time, scope and quality.

Additional Requirements - Should have Good communication, Reasoning and Analytical skills.

Should have good knowledge of testing Methodologies and well versed with Testing processes.

Should have good knowledge & experience in web, automation and API testing.
