Field Service Engineer for South Location (Hyderabad)

Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for the installation and set-up of whole Elementar product group: high temperature combustion analyzer for non-metallic elements (C, H, N, O, S) for TOC-water and N-protein analysis.

Offering technical consultation and support to our customers

Providing service and maintenance for the mentioned products as well as technical customer training courses in office or at the customer's premises (Online / Offline)

Keeping track of maintenance contracts (AMC’s), encouraging users to accept AMC proposals, and maintaining good relationship with the users.

What is required for this role?

You should have a Degree/ Diploma in a scientific or relevant engineering subject or equivalent

You should have minimum of 2–3 years of experience in installation and set-up of analytical instruments, preferably elemental analysers.

A structured and solution-oriented approach is a matter of course for you

You should be able to work independently and be self-motivated and you should also persuade with your strong customer and service orientation

You shall be fluent in English

You are experienced working with a CRM system and MS Office Applications

Having a driving license is as essential as a high willingness to travel and flexible working hours

You may be asked to visit any customer within India as the need arises.

You should be familiar with the PC and have some basic knowledge of hardware and software.

Should have basic knowledge and understanding of chemistry.
