Required Skill Set

Five (5) to seven (7) Hands on experience in Creo and Windchill

Worked on defining the product architecture

Experience on defining assembly methods in Creo based on various use cases and generation of BOM from the assembly models

Experience on managing the E-BOM and M-BOM in Windchill

Ability to Create part Families as per the product structure Capture rules and standards using properties, connections, sub part Family linking to DB tables.

Define product data management architecture

Defining attributes for part and assemblies and managing attributes in Windchill

Good Problem-solving skills.

Experience of working/ understanding of Residential and commercial HVAC domains

HVAC Product Knowledge

CAD Customization

Basic understanding heat transfer and thermodynamic cycle.

Able to work with the guidance to support the business.

Small size or mid-size project management experience added advantage

Job Description

Work closely with the Engineering and manufacturing team to gather requirements and come up with product data architecture for Bom and assembly documentation

Define the product specification strategy which includes drawing, 3D specification, Attributes, engineering documents etc

Define the rules for modeling and drawing creation.

Define rules to create product architecture and define the assemblies such that we can reuse the designs much efficiently.

Define and maintain the standard process and procedures for the engineering data management using Creo and Windchill

Automation of the design, drawing creation and BOM activities

Define the process for creation of E-BOM and M-BOM

Must be able to multitask as multiple testing efforts run in parallel.

Work well with limited supervision & ensure the new product development project schedule is on track.

Able to analyze, investigate, brainstorm and implement a solution to new requirements.
