What you will do Job Responsibility
• Execute and manage the complete recruitment process for Clinical & Non-Clinical roles.
• Manage the targeted recruitment channels (Portals, Referrals, Advertisements, Campus, etc.) as
per the profiles for sourcing the candidates for the open positions and closure of the position
within TAT.
• Should be able to do Stakeholder Management & bulk recruitment
• Past exposure of volume hiring preferably from Healthcare - Staff Nurses/ Pharmacist / Front
Desk/ Doctors etc will be an added advantage
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily
workload.
• Should be a go getter & Enthusiastic.
• Working Pattern Monday to Saturday.
• Should be able to do bulk hiring
• PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE: 2 to 5 years of experience in core recruitment. Should have done
bulk hiring
