Qualification - M. Pharm/ Ph.D. with 25+ years experience in research and development for oral solids.

Market experience - Regulated

Key Responsibilities -

Responsible for new formulation, process development and implementation on commercial sites.

Cost reduction and troubleshooting in various activities.

Development of economically viable new formulation and processes.

direct and coordinate R&D activities for organizational products and services.

Understand changing needs of the customers and develop new/innovative process technologies that result in technological differentiation and meet the customer requirements.

Timely implementation of projects.

Technology-Transfer from lab scale-up to commercial production.

Ensure the maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) / Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

Supervise and motivate the team members.
