Finance Manager

The role will report to the Assistant Finance Director and empower a team in India, driving operational finance management to new heights.

Responsibilities

Take charge of leading, training, and overseeing a proficient team of accounting professionals to effectively manage finance and accounting tasks at the site.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and transactions, adhering to International Accounting Principles, local statutory requirements, and corporate policies.

Manage local tax matters, foreign exchange transactions, statutory audits, and compliance with Indian laws and regulations to minimize legal risks in India.

Provide the management team with precise and timely financial insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Diploma or above in finance or accounting fields

5+ years of accounting/finance experience with at least 3 years of cost accounting and controlling for a manufacturing operation

Have extensive experience in management accounting

Can speak English fluently

Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent computerized accounting software
