A Retail Marketing executive will implement marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with marketing objectives.

KRA

Regional Retail Marketing strategy: Execute marketing initiatives and campaigns in alignment with the regional strategy.

Sales Growth and Brand Awareness: Responsible for executing regional marketing strategies that enhance the brand awareness and impact sales growth.

Underperforming Stores: Identify the underperforming stores and implement targeted strategies to boost sales growth.

Regional New Market Development: Execute growth strategies for successful market expansion

Responsibilities:

Implement marketing campaigns and promotions within the assigned region, ensuring that they align with the overall marketing strategy.

Support the coordination of in-store events and promotional activities that attract customers, increase sales.

Execute new store launches activities and the strategies for the new store growth.

Implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase the sale of existing stores.

Identify underperforming stores within the region and implement market-specific strategies to boost sales growth.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the delivery of promotional materials, displays, and other marketing collateral.

Ensuring that expenses are within budgetary constraints.

Ensure that all in-store marketing activities comply with brand guidelines.

Monitor the performance of in-store marketing initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required

2-4 years of retail marketing experience

Experience

Experience in execution of ATL and BLT marketing strategies

Solid understanding of marketing principles

Proficiency in executing new store launches, in-store events and promotional activities

Proficiency in boosting the sales of non performing stores.

Technical Proficiencies

Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).

Local Market Acumen

Familiar with local market trends, customer behaviors, and competition.
