What you will do

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified (Master Black Belt Certification preferred)

Trained Assessor in Business Excellence Models such as EFQM and/or MBNQA

5+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, Continuous improvement, TQM and Business Excellence field

Should have handled and guided Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects (Black belt projects will get preference).

Also, should have experience in facilitating / executing improvement projects using A3, Kaizen and 8D methodologies

Should have good understanding of Business Excellence concepts and should have trained and facilitated or participated in identifying, planning and executing Business Excellence Road Maps and corresponding action plans

Must have experience in executing / participating in implementing lean Six Sigma and / or Business Excellence in various industries

Metrics analysis (knowledge of tools like Minitab)

Advanced Excel and Power Point

Auditing skills
