As the Senior Manager of Operations for our retail offline pharmacy business, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, overseeing operational activities, and scaling our business from inception to expansion. Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and execute strategic plans, business models, and growth strategies to drive the expansion and scale-up of our retail offline pharmacy operations.

Define clear objectives, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve organizational goals.

Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and prioritize resource allocation.

Operational Leadership and Management:

Oversee all aspects of retail pharmacy operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, customer service, and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

Establish and optimize operational processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across multiple pharmacy locations.

Implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Development and Expansion:

Lead the strategic expansion of our retail pharmacy footprint, identifying and evaluating potential new locations for store openings and acquisitions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, finance, and legal, to execute expansion plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to facilitate business development and growth opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development:

Build and lead a high-performing operations team, recruiting top talent and providing mentorship, coaching, and support to foster professional growth and development.

Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, empowering team members to take ownership of their roles and contribute to the success of the organization.
