Key Roles and Responsibilities:
· Generating leads for new business development
· Develop and maintain tie-ups with industry-specific organizations for building new alliances.
· Identifying right clients across the industry.
· Sending proposals through e-mailers, letters, working on presentations while pitching new client.
· Achieving revenue targets.
· Preparing client contracts

· You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and closing new business relationships.
· Your primary goal will always be to identify potential clients, secure new business, drive sustainable growth, increase revenue, and forge strong relationships with new clients.
· You must possess an exceptionally vast network, saturated with industry intel, and understand how to leverage that network and network resources to achieve company objectives.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
· Management / Marketing Graduate / Architect
Experience required:
· Individual Contributor : 5-7years in Sales/Pre Sales with minimum 2-4 years’ experience with an Architect Firm/ Real estate firm catering to commercial premises
