ServiceNow Test Manager:
are a passionate and experienced test manager who enjoys taking over responsibility and coordinating a team of several test analysts.
will act as a ServiceNow test lead in our local ServiceNow development team in India.
Your tasks:
Ensure the functional quality of new implementations and for regular patches and upgrades by empowering and coordinating a team of external test analysts
Quality assurance and guiding test analysts by test case documentation & execution
Act as a ServiceNow test manager in team and projects
Act as coach and trainer for test analysts in projects
Ensure project team members follow ServiceNow and Zeiss testing and QA best practices
Development and improvement of Automated Test Framework
Coach and tutor less experienced / new team members
Be an active contributor to setting new standards across the testing team
Close collaboration with our functional process experts, architects, and development team
Support stable and secure operations of the Zeiss ServiceNow platform
Create and update documentation and procedures
Organization, planning and coordination of testing phases like User Acceptance Test
Assist ServiceNow architects and project managers in project coordination and management
Your profile:
ServiceNow Testing experience: 3 years+
Experience in Testing: 5 years+
Experience as Test Manager: 3 years+
Experience in team coordination and organization
Very good knowledge in test automation and techniques
Very good Knowledge in test analysis, documentation and techniques
Very good knowledge about ISTQB (Certificate)
ITSM, ITBM, HRSM, ITOM experience would be an advantage
Experience in agile development processes
Understanding and experience with ITIL and project management is a plus
