Cegid Infrastructure Consultant

As a Cegid Infrastructure Consultant in APAC, you will be required to assist our clients in the field of Retail and Luxury, on assistance to Project Ownership, management of functional evolution projects and Application Maintenance. You will intervene in particular Point of Sales Solution (POS), in full development of the growth of connected digital business. Beyond the historical features of these solutions - the functions of sales management, inventory management and collection in-store - they evolve to integrate for example:

Digitalization of the point of sale (clientele, cataloging)

Omnichannel sales experiences (e-reservation, click & collect etc.)

Unified stock management

Loyalty management

Responsibilities

CEGID/POS Application Installation, follow and providing the optimization for application

Support CEGID/POS Web Services

Windows server OS Installation, Configuration of Cloud platform

Administration of web servers.

Create and optimize platform monitoring solution, server automatic maintenance system and tools

Regular provide server running report, like usage reports and etc..

Server usage monitoring and Account Permission management

In charge and providing DB & Infrastructure maintenance, monitoring, optimization, backup plan, storage plan, incident troubleshooting and resolution, migration, expansion and etc..

Follow the business requirement, create and deploy DB backup plan, SQL cluster loading balance solution

Design and optimize DB maintenance plan, DB backup/restoration/migration

Provide DB automatic management solution, optimize and reduce human mistake

Provide DB drive solution

Assist CEGID/POS project

Profile

Minimum of 3 years working experience on technical infra and Database admin

Educational Attainment: minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any relevant discipline

Good knowledge on Windows server OS, own the related certificate in advance

Basic knowledge in Cloud platform, own the related certificate in advance

Experience in script from any of these languages: PowerShell, .NET, Java Script, can use script language to develop the tool to maintain server

Strong independent logical analysis ability, good document organization and writing ability, and good presentation ability

Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure
