our clients on multiple industries including Infrastructure, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy Transition

pitch books, Information memorandum (IMs), industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company-focused discussion documents related to various industries.

financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparables, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.

project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”

client independently on calls and e-mails

responsibilities include:

the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products

high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck

Demonstrating strength and experience in client request relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment

Key Competencies

MBA/ CFA/ CA

2-4 years of experience in the Investment banking / Private Equity role

Experience of working Investment banking projects, including:

Pitch book / IM support and company profiles

Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries

Detailed financial analysis

Bespoke qualitative research

Target identification, Trading, and Transaction comps

Benchmarking, Ratio analysis

on Infrastructure sector/infrastructure projects in an investment banking division of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firm
