Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation. As an essential member of our team, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and achieving our growth targets.

Policy Administration: Accurately process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals, ensuring all documentation and records are maintained with the highest level of precision and attention to detail.

Claims Support: Collaborate with clients and claims adjusters to guide and support them through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution for our valued policyholders.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field is highly desirable, but we are also open to candidates with a strong sales or customer service background who are eager to learn and excel in the insurance sector.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and establish trust.
