Designation: Junior Executive
Reporting to: Human Resource Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle End-to-End Recruitment Cycle under the guidance of HR Manager.
Support & proactively contribute in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Maintain and update employee database (into HRMS).
Reviewing and updating Attendance and queries.
Execute employee engagement activities under the guidance of HR Manager.
Making self-contributions as and when needed.
Managing and executing day-to-day Human Resource activities under the guidance of HR Manager.
Performance management and appraisal reviews.
Training and Development activities.
Requirements:
Graduation into Human Resources.
Minimum 1 year experience into HR Functions.
Experience with Real Estate firms will be preferred.
Excellent Communications skills.
Fluency in English.
Proficient in technology.
