As a Graduate Telecom Engineer at SystechCorp, you will be part of a talented team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems and networks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of telecom engineering, including Basic Telecom Concepts, GSM Architecture, Linux, and Networking.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding Basic Telecom Concepts: Develop a strong understanding of fundamental telecom principles, including modulation techniques, multiplexing, signal processing, and network protocols.

GSM Architecture: Gain expertise in GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) architecture, including the key components such as Base Station Subsystem (BSS), Mobile Switching Center (MSC), Home Location Register (HLR), Visitor Location Register (VLR), and Authentication Center (AuC).

Linux Proficiency: Acquire knowledge and skills in Linux operating system fundamentals, including file system navigation, user management, file permissions, shell scripting, and package management.

Networking: Learn about computer networking concepts, OSI model, IP addressing, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP protocol suite, and network security fundamentals.

Technical Analysis and Troubleshooting: Assist in analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to telecommunications systems, network infrastructure, and software applications.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of telecom systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Prepare technical reports and presentations as required.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, software developers, and project managers, to support the design, deployment, and optimization of telecom solutions.

Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in telecom technologies, industry standards, and best practices through self-learning, training sessions, and certifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B. Tech / ECE) from a reputable institution.

Must graduate in the year 2023 with a strong academic record.

Proficiency in Basic Telecom Concepts, GSM Architecture, Linux, and Networking principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development.

This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for B.Tech / ECE Freshers from the 2023 graduating batch.

The position is based in Bangalore, India. Candidates must be willing to work from the company's office location.
