Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Officer to join our sustainability and renewable energy team. This position is perfect for candidates who are eager to work in sustainability and renewable Energy sector and will play a key role in managing our renewable project operations and contribute to our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

Key Result Areas:

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting

Renewable energy projects monitoring and reporting

Key Activities

Financial Management:

Review and analyze electricity bills for manufacturing units and renewable energy projects.

Prepare and submit detailed working reports for solar and wind projects to the Accounts department.

Ensure timely payment to vendors and government department

Coordinate with government department for billing and adjustment in power bills

Project Monitoring and reporting:

Monitor daily generation reports from solar and wind projects, analyzing discrepancies between actual and projected outputs.

Track and report maintenance activities on timely basis in coordination with O&M vendors

Compiling monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports of renewable energy projects

ESG Responsibilities:

Coordinate with plant HR and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) teams to collect and track ESG data across all locations.

Prepare and reconcile monthly status reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions to our ESG platform.

Organize and document monthly meetings, including Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and key lessons learned.

Actively participate in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators of ESG.

Functional Knowledge / Skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 Years.
