Service Manger - Delhi/NCR

Responsibilities:

Audits of vehicle

Handling Customers Warranty tickets.

Closing given ticket based on TAT, keeping the customer posted on the work done & time required.

Ensuring Quality of work & quality feedback from customers.

Interacting with OEM & Manufactures regarding Warranty, Service, Insurances

Working on TAT, Fleet Management, Parts.

Developing New process & implementing new idea

Requires Skill:

Graduate or Postgraduate

4-6 Years of relevant experience and 2-3 years of experience in EV Commercial Vehicles is mandatory
