Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Provide efficient and effective support to customers in the Americas and EU regions for post-sales queries. This includes addressing concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. International Communication: Handle communication with customers from different cultural backgrounds and time zones, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Technical Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of the product or service offered to troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate information to customers.

4. Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.

6. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as sales, product development, and marketing to escalate issues as needed and ensure a seamless customer experience.

7. Data Analysis: Analyze data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with product/service updates and industry trends to provide proactive support and suggest improvements in processes or services.

Profile:

Ideal candidate for this role would have a background in customer support or related fields, possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, be proficient in using CRM systems, and has the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Knowledge of multiple languages relevant to the customer base would be a plus.

Experience : Maximum 1 years in Customer Support/ Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Candidate in Mumbai only preferred.
