Manager / Senior Manager - Process Safety

We're seeking a Process Safety Manager/Senior Manager to join our team at Dahej.

In this role, he will take charge of the following responsibilities:

Coordinate for the compliance of duties as mentioned in Factory Act 1948 Section 40-B/ Occupational Safety and Health Code 2020, for a nominated Safety Officers of the company.

Conduct HAZOP, HAZID, HIRA, FMEA and other related Safety & Risk Studies/Survey.

Conduct RCA. and ensure all EHS incidents and/or accidents are thoroughly investigated and closed.

Coordinate for implementation of recommendations coming out from Process hazard or Qualitative Risk Assessment Study etc.

Conduct PSSR, Checks MOCs and provides safety clearance.

Lead, coordinate and participate in internal and external EHS audits. Ensure findings are closed out timely and take the lead in successful renewal of ISO14001 and ISO45001 & RC certifications.

Analyze EHS statistics, prepare reports/ dashboards, make recommendations, and implement effective control measures and procedures to eliminate/reduce the risk of reoccurrence.

Organize, communicate, coordinate and document Management Review Meetings for IMS for continual improvement in safety techniques and up gradation of SOPs.

Ensure the compliance and fulfilment of all safety related legal requirements, including third party Safety Audit or other legal related Requirement

Evaluate advance safety technology and management practices and its implemented
