Ticketing Specialist
Description:
We are looking for a person who can support the operations team by managing ticketing and other travel related tasks. Candidates with experience in a similar role in MICE/Travel company will be preferred. The position is based in Noida.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities would be:
Manage Air ticketing and finding best options and travel connections
Support sales and operations efforts from time to time
Qualifications
A bachelors degree in travel/tourism or hospitality related degree
1-2 years experience in ticketing
Good knowledge of travel portals and specialized booking and ticketing engines.
Exposure to CRM and other productivity enhancing software.
