Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GM-Real Estate Sales-Luxury Homes. The person will be responsible to increase sales revenue. business footprint for acquiring new units and grow the business. He will also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The GM will work closely with clients to develop strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Sales management and leadership skills

Proven track record of driving sales revenue and exceeding targets

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong understanding of the real estate market and luxury villa sales

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Experience in Real estate/ Hotels sales is a plus

Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
