The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS UNDER:

Ø Responsible for managing 2-3 sites

Ø Planning & scheduling activities for teams of respective sites.

Ø Maintaining proper work ethics on sites under his preview and reviewing team performances and appraising management.

Ø Attending weekly meetings on all sites under his review.

Ø Ensuring clients are appraised with Data in a timely manner to prevent any escalations.

Ø Strongly coordinating with procurement team to ensure the Pos are issued in a timely manner.

Ø Close coordination with site team to ensure there is smooth progress on site.

Ø Coordinating with vendors and ensuring the work is executed in quality and within the given timeframe.

Ø Timely escalation to senior management for preventing any issues that can delay the site.

Ø Submitting weekly reports for all the sites under his review.

Ø Preparing MIS reports and sharing with Management for reeving site statuses every week/fortnight.

Ø Ensuring cost control of vendors and preventing any cost escalations.

Ø Keeping a strong hold on billing process so that vendors don’t do wrong billing.

Ø Client Billing incase required will be routed through him.

EXPERIENCE : At least 7-8 years of project management

REQUISITES : Knowledge of MS office is must and preferable required knowing of basic AutoCAD
