5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring BMC tooling platform, including - BMC Helix SaaS (BMC Digital Workspace, BMC Helix ITSM, BMC Helix Virtual Agent, BMC Discovery, BMC CMDB, BMC Service Level Management, BMC Business Workflow, BMC Knowledge Management, BMC Helix Dashboards) - BMC HOM, - BMC TSSA/TSAC, - BMC Intelligent Automation, - BMC Entuity, - BMC FootPrints Provide technical expertise and support for above product/service, including troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to resolve problems. Proficiency in Python and Keptn scripting for automation purposes. Solid understanding of IT service management processes and best practices Understanding of Web Services, Web Containers, Database Requests, Custom Services and APIs In-Depth Issues Resolutions on Outages with long term solutions to eliminate complex technical challenges
