Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Aligarh. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources activities. This includes managing the recruitment and selection process, implementing HR policies and procedures, administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and supporting employee development and training.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures

Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Experience in the manufacturing or hardware industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
