We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Responsibilities:**

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and labor laws.

- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance, conduct performance appraisals, and identify areas for improvement.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skill sets and promote career growth.

- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance and leave management systems, and oversee payroll processing.

**Requirements:**

- Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address HR issues effectively.
