Finance Management Trainee

Job Description:

Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.

Assist in the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and projections

Analyze key financial metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.

Support the annual budgeting process by gathering and analyzing financial data.

Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance reports.

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support business initiatives.

Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to different areas of the business.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting

Desired Qualification & Skills:

Candidate with a CA / MBA - Finance Degree

upto 2 years of experience in Finance would be an added advantage
