Analyze existing training courses and standardize all training with particular focus on new hire training and on job training
• Develop a training database and ensure compliance with all training requirements
• Explore and introduce new training methodologies
• Lead and transition TTTs with complete end-to-end ownership
• Assist in developing and introduce quality assurance standards
• Accomplish quality assurance objectives by monitoring/reviewing quality trends
• Create quality action plans and track their progress to ensure constant quality improvement
• Identify areas of development and improvement and take actions to support business KPIs
• Prepare quality summary by analyzing internal and external quality reports to highlight performance gaps
• Conduct need based refresher trainings based on training need analysis and change in process/policy
Qualifications
• Minimum 7 plus years of total experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, Training management is an added advantage
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Highly skilled at Quality and Training delivery planning and execution
Should be flexible to work in US shift hours
