Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager at Pillai and sons motor company located at Perungudi, Chennai. The Senior HR Manager will be primarily be responsible for recruitment of manpower across all levels of the organisation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HR operations primarily in talent acquisition.

In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
