Main Responsibilities
Manage PAN India BD team and achieve the yearly set targets.
Build connections within the industry for projects in Corporate.
Identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive factors to develop a business growth strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the company's products or services.
Develop a business development plan, set goals, and monitor progress. Identify opportunities for expansion and diversification.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to the senior management team.
Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve products or services and maintain high customer satisfaction.
