Building Digital Consumer and Enterprise platform, products & team from scratch

True enterprise problem – Platforms and products built once, deployed for multiple enterprises/ countries.

True scalable products – Products will be deployed in countries with subscriber base ranging from 100k subscribers to 200M subscribers

What will make you successful?

8+ years of full time technical product management experience within an engineering or technical team

Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent programs to envision, develop and deliver Products.

Prior experience conceptualizing and development plus delivery of Web Products.

Significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams and individual contributors

Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira and Confluence

Ability to communicate authoritatively at a sufficient technical depth

Agile coaching and practitioner experience (Scrum, Kanban) with multiple teams

Experience in managing all phases of end-to-end product development

Knowledge of Internet client/server applications and systems

Hands-on software development experience a plus

What will you be responsible for?

Drive the product management and program management for a Web Application which will be used by millions of Airtel customers.

Participate in one or more scrum teams as a product owner to define quarterly and sprint goals,set priorities and

manage backlog

Work with engineering and architecture leadership to define product and underlying platform capabilities
