Neon Digital is looking for a dynamic individual specializing in Retention Marketing strategies. Our retention business is growing rapidly with customers such as Tata Motors, Revolt, and Philip Morris and we are looking for growth-minded individuals who can help our clients reach their retention goals.

Job Description

Own the overall retention strategy for the client and execute the same

Develop and manage marketing campaigns aimed at improving customer retention & conversions across multiple channels (email, Web, WhatsApp messaging, SMS)

Partner with Brand and Product marketing to develop key messaging points and direct response creatives across mediums

Manage and improve the customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels.

Design requirements and work with the communications team to create engaging campaign content to support all initiatives.

Execute monthly and quarterly plans that maximize customer revenue through effective and targeted up-sell, cross-sell, and increased product penetration.

Monitor and report on the performance of these campaigns against agreed KPIs.

Analyse marketing campaign performance including email metrics, conversion, and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI

Assist in preparing client pitches for strategy.

Knowledge of multiple retention tools (Clevertap, Webengage, MoEngage, etc) and their usage

You are a self-starter, detail-oriented and can adhere to and implement processes and protocols

You are a team player and desire to collaborate and communicate effectively.

Experience

A min of 5 plus years of experience handling retention projects with the ability and understanding of creating customer journeys and setting up events.

Great to have:

Clevertap Certified and experience with campaign management using Clevertap would be great.

Role Type:

This is a remote role but for a candidate based in the Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida area since there will be a customer site visit once a week.
