Industrial Engineering Head

We are looking for someone with 10+ Years of extensive experience in Power Transformer Industry; starting from factory build up to continuous improvement of the process. Someone who have handled 400 KV and above Transformers Plant

Responsible for manufacturing process standardization and implementation of the

process.

• Strategize and implement lean principles and methodology; support manufacturing

operations to eliminate waste and increase efficiency in manufacturing processes.

• Implement lean manufacturing methods such as Shop Floor Management, 5S, OPL,

Visual Control, etc.

• Experienced in manufacturing activity time standardization

• Develop and analyze KPI's to identify inefficiencies in manufacturing processes

• Use root cause problem solving tools to improve

Overall capex budget planning and control; vendor development and sourcing activity

for capital equipment.

• Implement EHS and OH&S Standard in the plant through SOP and training

• Daily production review and inspection to investigate engineering problems and provide

recommended solutions

• Prepared work-analysis reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information

and data collected

• Working with cross-functional team through problem solving approach
