Role Description: –

The incumbent is responsible for design and development of Web and Windows-based application modules. He/she should have minimum 8 years of experience in .NET framework. The role includes developing own skills in the relevant Microsoft technologies and applying the acquired skills in coding, quality checking of own module as well as trouble shooting issues faced by customer.

Qualification: -

B. E./ B.Tech (Computers)/ MCA or equivalent in software domain.

Principle Accountabilities: -

Project Planning and Reviews:

Participate in project meetings

Contribute to/ suggest improvements in the deliverable’s functional specifications in the usability and implement ability reviews

Software Development:

Analyze requirement/ program logic provided by Team Lead for ensuring clarity of desired specification

Produce code that meets design, style and quality requirements

Complete development activity in accordance with published plan

Client Management:

Trouble shoot issues faced by customer on a priority basis

Unit Testing:

Conduct unit testing for own module to ensure mapping with software specifications

Software Debugging:

Recognize and fix implementation problems identified in the project code during development/ module integration, usability or implement ability review

Reporting and Documentation:

Submit task status to Reporting Manager on a daily basis

Document code clearly and thoroughly according to the standardized style requirement

Training and Development:

Work towards developing own skills on the specified Microsoft technologies

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge: -

Strong coding Skills on any language

Knowledge of Programming Logic, Coding Techniques and Programming Practices

Knowledge of end-to-end System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) techniques like Agile, Waterfall, Iterative etc.

Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, XML and DHTML

Knowledge about fundamentals of Database Designing and working with RDBMS (preferably SQL Server with knowledge of OOA and OOD concepts and techniques)

Knowledge of MS Office Suite for generating reports

Knowledge of SharePoint, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM shall be an added advantage

Understanding of Graphical User Interface designing or W.I.M.P.

Basic knowledge of ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, ADO.Net

Technical Skills: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, C#.NET, VB.NET, ADO.Net, .NET Framework, SQL Server, Angular, .NET Core, Microsoft Dynamic CRM
