Quail Lodge & Golf Club is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our amazing Food and Beverage Team.

Key Accountabilities
Provide management support in the oversight of an assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to guests
Plan, organize, control and direct front-line staff while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department.
Assist with the interview, selection, training, supervision, counselling, and disciplinary process of food and beverage management
General Requirements
Minimum 2 years as restaurant floor experience as supervisor or manager
Bachelor's Degree preferred or combination of education, training, and experience
Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required

Salary: $72,000-75,000 per year
