HR Advisor France

As HR Advisor & Payroll Specialist France, you are responsible for executing HR policies and tasks within TEAM. You provide advisory services and support to supervisors of various departments, maintaining contact with employees and external vendors. Additionally:

Advising management and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment and selection, terms of employment, performance management, labor law, and labor disputes.

Coordinating recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Managing personnel administration, including maintaining personnel records, processing payroll, and tracking leave.

Processing payroll, including calculating salaries, taxes, and social contributions in compliance with French laws and regulations.

Identifying training and development needs and planning and coordinating training programs for employees.

Required qualifications:

HR-related education

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR role, preferably in an international environment.

Extensive knowledge of French labor law and HR practices.

Experience with payroll processing in France, including knowledge of French taxes and social contributions.

Strong communication and advisory skills, both verbally and in writing, in French and English.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

In this role you will support the French branch, where 25-30 employees work, divided into northern and southern regions. You will be based at the local office in Noyelles and will be part of the HR group for Europe. Available 2.5-3 days per week.
