Marketing and Communication Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing and Communication Manager to join the Sales & Marketing team at Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo. This is a full-time position based on property at Peninsula Papagayo in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing

• Ideally with a University Degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing or similar.

• Minimum 5 years work experience as Communications Manager or Assistant Marketing Communications Manager.

• Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must.

• Full English speaking and writing proficiency.

• Strong project management skills are also required, along with a deep understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
