This position offers the flexibility of working remotely 2-3 days a week, with on-site presence as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of efficiently handling a high volume of tax preparation work, primarily focusing on preparing both business and individual tax returns.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare business and individual tax returns accurately and efficiently Handle a high volume of tax preparation work within established deadlines Gather and analyze client financial information to ensure accurate tax filings Make appropriate bookkeeping entries as needed Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and address any inquiries Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in tax filings Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in tax preparation (Required) Strong proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Office suite Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload Strong interpersonal and communication skills CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred, but not required Benefits: Competitive salary of $70,000 per year Partial remote work schedule for enhanced work-life balance Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment
