Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, timelines, and performance targets.

Strategically delegate tasks to team members based on their skills and experience.

Analyze project progress, make informed decisions, and adapt plans based on changing circumstances.

Facilitate seamless collaboration across diverse teams, ensuring all efforts contribute to project success.

Maintain clear communication with executives and clients, keeping them informed of progress and any potential roadblocks.

Implement robust quality control measures throughout the development lifecycle.

Adjust schedules and targets as needed to accommodate project requirements and resource availability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering (or a related field)

Minimum 3 years of experience managing engineering projects in an industrial setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in project management software like Microsoft Project or ERP systems

Preferred Skills:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Professional Engineer (PE) License

Master of Engineering

Prior experience in the oil and gas industry
