3RD SHIFT TOOL & DIE MAKER'S NEEDED - HOWELL, MICHIGAN

A Leading Automotive Supplier in the Howell, Michigan area needs 3rd Shift Tool & Die Maker's. These are Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Positions offering Competitive Compensation, Bonus Potential, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with Department Management Staff status/activities associated with ECN s, Project Launches and assigned die repair/modifications.

Assist and advise in new/off-load die tryout projects through buy-off.

Assist in preparing action plans for major die repair activities.

Respond with maintenance activities to die-related production concerns.

Interface with Department Management for workplace improvement planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

3 to 5 years experience as a Tool & Die Maker in a Manufacturing Plant Setting.

Die Maintenance Skills - as outlined in the Skills Assessment for Die Finishers.

Experience working with Progressive Metal Stamping Dies is Required.

Ability to plan, activate and resolve new tooling construction, as well as production, new tooling try-out and trouble-shooting concerns
