The Floor Placement & Finishing Specialist is responsible for supporting monthly regional sales forecasts by completing product and application solution demos and ongoing training and technical support to internal and external customers. This person works in collaboration with the field sales teams to grow market share within the region by working with existing, and helping to identify new, leads and customers. This position is critical for ensuring our competitive advantage by acting as an integral part of the sales process and demonstrating our continued commitment to supporting the relevant product categories and channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product and Application Solution Demonstrations & Training
Support monthly region sales forecast by completing product and application solution demos in support of existing sales leads and identifying new sales leads
Responsible for coordination of equipment and proper materials for trainings within region
Participate/coordinate within area of specialization in Group and/or internal training events
Participate and represent HCP at trade shows by request
Responsible for demo of equipment by request of field sales teams
Responsible for the demo and training of CDE, CDT, CLP, CSE, CST, CBL
Start Ups & Troubleshooting
Provide technical support and training to start up customers as needed
Troubleshoot Technical Service issues on-site
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic system troubleshooting skills
Ability to read, understand, and follow electrical hydraulic schematics
Administration
Maintain accurate CRM
Communicate with various internal departments as necessary
Liaison between Product Management, Technical Services and R&D on product field issues
Report field issues as needed
EDUCATION &
EXPERIENCE
0-3 years professional experience required
BS in Business Admin or other applicable technical degree preferred
Experience working in analytics based sales organizations
WORKING
CONDITIONS
Overnight travel 50-60% of the time
Work entirely on the road or from office
Regularly visit training site including customer facility and/or on-site job sites
Occasional Lifting up to 100 lbs
Heavy hands-on activities with products
Heavy PC use
Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines
