Responsibilities:

HVAC Residential Service Technician

2+ years of HVAC experience in maintenance and/or service including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.

EPA Universal Certification is REQUIRED!

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectation

HVAC Maintenance Technician

Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems

Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through communication and customer service skills

Educate your clients on their maintenance requirements

Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

EPA Universal Certification is REQUIRED!

New Construction HVAC Service/Maintenance Technician

Successfully perform trouble shooting and diagnostics on Commercial heating and air conditioning systems (70% Residential in a Commercial Setting)

Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors

Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills

Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements

Identify opportunities for clients to improve their systems through product overview

Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records

Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

EPA Certificiation Recommended

HVAC Install Helpers Residential

Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units

Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.

Performing start-up of equipment

Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.

Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company

Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets

Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.

Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck

EPA Universal Certification Required

HVAC Residential Lead Installer

Install/Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units (gas or heat pump)

Maintain good working order of company vehicle

Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.

Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer

Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency

Engage in conversation with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement

Understand company pricing program and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card payments

Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor

5+ years as a lead Install Required

EPA Universal Certification Required
