What you will do::

Assist Supply Chain and branch managers in maintaining inventory to support their operations in branch inventory levels for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Analyze inventory and market trends, proactively scheduling replenishment and purchase orders

Oversee costs and address AP to PO issues

Prevent excess and obsolete inventory

Handle data entry and system inquiries

Ensure timely supplier follow-ups on orders and deliveries

Meet or exceed Inventory Report metrics with effective management

What you will bring::

Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma, 3-5 years’ experience in distribution business with 2+ years purchasing experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong customer service and problem resolution skills

Demonstrated ability to perform and adapt in a changing environment

Strong self-starting experience and ability to excel in independent work environment

Ability to travel as necessary for occasional meetings, audits, and cycle counts
