Lead Culinary Assistant

Overview:

The Fountains of Hosanna is looking for a Lead Server/Culinary Assistant. This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our residents, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Senior Living Community located in Lakeville, MN.

This Lead Culinary Assistant food services role schedule includes;

80 hours every two weeks

Includes every other weekend saturday/sunday and holidays rotation

Responsibilities/Job Description:

Promotes and encourages positive tenant/resident relations and satisfaction

Provides support and direction to Culinary Assistants

Acts as Lead for Dining Staff

Supports Culinary Director to ensure quality culinary outcomes

Serves meals and ensures the dining area is clean inviting

Qualifications:

Required:

0-1 year experience

Other Required Skills:

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Preferred:

High School Diploma/GED

1-3 years previous experience
