Responsibilities:

Ensure personal safety and the safety of fellow employees.

Ensure proper set up of printers and case packers.

Ensure proper production rates with minimal scrap.

Supply and stir ink as necessary.

Monitor and ensure print quality.

Wash blankets and plates as necessary.

Ensure all color heads not in use are cleaned and ready for the next production run.

Maintain your section in a clean orderly fashion.

Ensure printing plates are cleaned after each use and returned to proper location.

Monitor the production schedule for special instructions.

Perform plate changes, size changes.

Required to fill out daily checklist, trend board, first piece inspection and webeff paperwork.

Complete assigned tasks as required by management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proven ability to lead, motivate and direct employees.

Ability to lift 35 lbs.

Ability to climb ladders.

Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 11 hours during a 12 hour shift.

Ability to work in a dusty environment.
