The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of 5 Sales Executives. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets by leading and motivating the sales team.
The Sales Team Leader plays a critical role in driving the success of the organization by leading a high-performing sales team, contributing to revenue growth, and maintaining a strong market presence.
Responsibilities
Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and tactics to maximize market penetration, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.
Target Achievement: Set clear sales targets and goals for the team, monitor individual and collective performance, and take proactive measures to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Coaching and Training: Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and training to sales executives to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management skills.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations, assess sales metrics, and provide constructive feedback to team members, recognize achievements and address areas needing improvement
Educational Qualifications: Any Undergraduate degree
Work Experience required: Total sales Experience of 5 years of which a Minimum 2 years should be in selling Non-products That are concepts or customized Solutions. (A few examples are Insurance,Real estate, CCTV systems, photocopiers, Automation systems,Software, Advertisement & media or similar concepts.)
