Overview:
The Commercial Assistant plays a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the commercial team. They are responsible for maintaining efficient communication between various departments, coordinating meetings, and managing documentation. The role is pivotal in contributing towards the smooth functioning of commercial operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and implementation of commercial strategies and activities
Manage and organize commercial documents, including contracts, agreements, and reports
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Support the commercial team in conducting market research and analysis
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel plans for team members
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials
Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and redirect them as necessary
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
Assist in the organization of commercial events, conferences, and trade shows
Participate in team meetings and provide support in project coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet commercial objectives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Proven experience in an administrative or commercial support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation and data management
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with commercial terminology and basic understanding of contract management
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of market research techniques and tools is preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Previous experience in event coordination or project management is a plus
Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
