NDT Inspector 2nd Shift (UTSW, VT, MT) No Travel

Meyer Utility Structures is currently looking to hire 2nd shift NDT Inspector for our plant located in Fort Worth, TX.

As an NDT Inspector at Meyer Utility Structures, you will perform UT, MT, VT and dimensional inspection of materials/products to ensure conformance with standards and all requirements.

Schedule - Mon-Fri 4pm-2:30am with occasional overtime on Saturdays.

What You'll do: * Perform all inspection functions to the requirements of ASNT SNT TC-1A for a UT Level II * Perform visual and ultrasonic weld inspections to the requirements of AWS D1.1 * Perform magnetic particle inspection using dry powder yoke method * Inspect incoming materials and outgoing products * Ensure all documentation is accurately and neatly completed * Participate in the training process of Level I Inspectors * Comply with safety regulations at all times What You'll need: * High School diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 2 year's experience in Quality Control or related field * Minimum of 2 years experience in the use of inspection tools and precision measuring equipment * Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints * NDT classroom training certificate and documented OJT hours * UT Level II Shear Wave - Preferred * VT Level II - Preferred * MT Level II - Preferred * CWI - Preferred
